In order to create an Entra, cloud only account, is the only requirement to connect Adaxes to my Entra domain so that Adaxes can manage it?

Hello,

Yes, that is correct. You need to register your Microsoft Entra domain in Adaxes first. The following article will be helpful: https://www.adaxes.com/help/RegisterUnregisterManagedDomain. On step 5, select Cloud domain. As a result, you will be able manage cloud users, groups and other objects the same way like you currently do for on-premises AD ones.
