Where can I find the ID/string used in the Approve and Deny buttons in the Approval Request E-mail?

Hi,

I am working on making a custom Approval Request notification E-mail, and I'd like to include the Approve and Deny buttons, but I haven't found a way to get hold of the ID used at the end of the URLs.

It looks like a base32 encoded string, but I am unable to decode it to anything readable. Here is an example: https://<company-specific>/Adaxes/SelfService/#/ProcessApprovalRequest/deny/P25346QJV6OKGCCDRGO4F36WYAJWINL7T5DS6E3YRZE26FX6DMVNNCJQX77QT6QSLGWITFNVUQRGEIZ7U2X4XFGMI6MJ73TQP6B6A2Y

Do you have any suggestions on how to best generate the URLs?
