Is it possible to provide a reason to the group owner when adding a user to a group that requires approval? Currently, after the owner approves or denies the request, they can include a reason for their decision. We are looking for a way to provide a reason when initially requesting the user be added to the group, so it can be included in the email sent for approval. This way, the group owner will have an IT ticket number to reference for their approval or denial actions. Let me know if this is possible, thanks.

Hello Kole,

Unfortunately, there is no such possibility. However, we have the feature in our roadmap (Reason for execution of operation sent for approval): https://www.adaxes.com/info_roadmap.htm.

I would like users to use Adaxes to add themselves or others to a group, but instead of it just working, it has to go thru an approval process and be approved by the group owner before they are added. Thanks!

When an approver approves or denies an approval request, they are prompted for a reason, but this field can be left blank. Is there a way to make this field required?
