Hello Support,

We export all accounts and the associated data for other programmes, which then import this data. This works without any problems, but the report is generated in Adaxes for each account, which is not necessary. We only need to export the data. Since not everyone has an Adaxes account, the logs are overfilled with errors because we have different reports and each report wants to generate a report for each user. How can the recipients be deactivated so that only the file is created? Is the report generated for each user because the reports are saved under ‘Users’?

Thanks a lot!

Hello,

Each scheduled report is generated for each recipient. It is impossible to schedule a report without specifying a recipient, but in your case, scheduling for just a single user is the solution. For details on scheduling reports, have a look at the following tutorial: https://www.adaxes.com/help/ScheduleReports.
