Using local CSV to making changes

Is it possible for one to use a csv file from their computer to do bulk actions directly from a web portal, as in outside of a scheduled task, business rule or custom action? For example, could I add a list of users to a group from the Helpdesk portal.

I am trying to work out a method to create Drop-Down lists to select printers and printer properties. Using PowerShell I can extract a list of printers and printer properties to either ... or CSV file for my drop-down lists. Any ideas on how to do this? Thanks

What affect does enabling remote logging and reducing local db log times have on access to logs?

How do I change the user account from .local to .com when creating a user?

We are in hybrid mode with 365. All the accounts we create have to made with a .com instead of .local. How can I make that change in adaxes? Or is this some default I need to change in AD instead?
