Currently when you create a Custom command you have to do two things one I have to go to conf manager page and uncheck and I have to put zz to make it funnel to the bottom of the list because it will never be an action button just a recall to buttons I provide for people to use.

Hello Brian,

Do we understand correctly that you want all new custom commands to be invisible in a specific web interface by default? If that is correct, you just need to enable the corresponding option: image.png If that is not what you need, please, describe the desired behavior in all the possible details with live examples. For your information, it is not possible to not display a custom command in the web interface configurator.

Is there a way to just make sure that just backend custom commands are removed and won't show up here. Like in your example is there a way to make Domain Command not even be checkable but still have the command to referance in a new command you build. I am looking for a way to remove the clutter for admins who have to configure portals.

Hello Brian,

Unfortunately, there is no such possibility. However, thank you for the suggestion. We forwarded it to the corresponding department for consideration.

We are developing a process to mange mailboxes for terminated users. At the time of termination we would like to: convert the mailbox to a shared mailbox. Send an approval ... would run script to grant the manger access to the mailbox. Can this be done?

This script description says it can find the manager via FullName Distinguished name or Display name. Wondering if we can change it to use employeeID or SamAccountName.
