When trying to authenticate M365 Cloud Serice, it says the account used doesn't have enough permissions, but it does. It has Active Global Admin:

I was able to get it with the Application account, but why did this not work with the user account? It says Global Admin (Which it has) OR the follow 2. So it should work.

Hello,

For troubleshooting purposes, please, post here or send us (support@adaxes.com) a screenshot of the Multi-server environment dialog. The dialog displays how many Adaxes services you have and what their versions are. For information on how to view it, see https://www.adaxes.com/help/MultiServerEnvironment.

Hello,

Thank you for the provided details. As per our check, the functionality works just fine with user accounts. If you assigned the role just recently, such a thing can happen due to replication on Microsoft side. In this case, we recommend you to wait at least 4-5 hours and check again.

If the issue still persists, please, send us (support@adaxes.com) with a copy of the Adaxes Event Log in EVTX format. For information on how to view the log, have a look at the following help article: https://www.adaxes.com/help/ServiceEventLog.
