It appears that the "Cancel all meetings organized by the user" is removing all past meetings from the calendar even though the start date is set to "Current Date" when the meeting is a recurring meeting. Is this expected behavior?

We need to be able to cancel future meetings while retaining the historical data of the previous meetings that have already happened.

Hello,

Adaxes itself does not cancel meetings. It uses the Remove-CalendarEvents with the corresponding parameters according to the action settings. Most probably, the cmdlet considers recurring meetings as a single one and thus cancels them all including those in the past. You can check it by just executing the cmdlet in Windows PowerShell outside Adaxes. to view the actual command sent by Adaxes, enable Exchange requests tracing and execute the action.
