I have created two business rules:

  1. Do not enforce password change after self service image.png

  2. Enforce password change after restting password of a user image.png

For some reason, when I self reset with "Forgot Password" in the self service portal, it first sets "Must Change Password" to yes, and then to no. I know it's setting it to know because of the business rule from #1, but not sure why it starts by setting it to yes.

And when I am signed into the portal after self service and click "Change Password" it doesn't run any business rule. I can't find any Operation that is "Change own password" image.png

We'll be updating over 14K accounts with data (adding data to a virtual attribute) using a scheduled task but I don't want the updates to trigger Business Rules and flood the Adaxes log with entries. Is there an easy way to prevent this?

Is it possible to export Business Rules and/or Custom Command, from the Admin Console, so that we can have a backup of the current setup? I especially want to have a document of the Custom Commands and their IDs, which I'm using in PowerShell scripts.

We are replacing our Namescape rDirectory product with Adaxes because of the very flexible automation components. I've been able to replicate some of the pages previously ... vast majority of our users, that would function as the default company directory.
