Ghost (email) actions Adaxes

We use Adaxes for our user LifeCyclemanagement Flows. LCM Flow

This flows scheduled actions are running in user context. Recently, users have been receiving emails from severals flows containing incorrect data, even though the account does not meet the conditions to receive these emails. Additionally, other actions in the flow were not executed, and no logging of these actions is visible in Adaxes. The data in the daily overview reports is correct.

Hello,

To help us troubleshoot the issue, please do the following:

  • Provide a screenshot of the Multi-server environment dialog. The dialog displays how many Adaxes services you have and what their versions are. For information on how to view it, see https://www.adaxes.com/help/MultiServerEnvironment.
  • Specify how you identify the scheduled task that sends the emails in question.
  • Specify what data is incorrect and provide us with screenshots of the Send email notification actions configuration.
  • View operations performed over the users who received the email notifications in question while signed in to the service using credentials of the Adaxes service account (specified during the installation). Do you see corresponding log records in this case?

It is possible to attach documents to email to customers from adaxes when a user account is created?

We have a process that when a new user is created they are emailed their username and apssword. If the user is in an Admin Group they are then sent an email with some PDFs ... you can send emails, but am unable to see where it could attach files to the email?
