A lot of nice updates!
But is 2019 version missing web interface configuration import from 2017? Or did I miss something?
Did we lose direct upgrade from 2017 to 2019 option?

Hello,

It is possible to migrate your Web Interface configuration from Adaxes 2017.2 and older to Adaxes 2019.1. You need to use the Softerra.Adaxes.Web.Migration.UI.exe tool. The tool is located in the folder where Adaxes Web Interface is installed which is C:\Program Files\Softerra\Adaxes 3\Web Interface by default.

I in the midst of testing using a trial copy of 2019.1. Has anyone reported an issue regarding the Web Interface where even though the security role indicates Deny Write of an attribute, the interface is allowing the attribute to be updated?

Hello Sandra,

We did not encounter such issues and could not reproduce it. Could you, please, check whether the Security Role is assigned to the user whose credentials were specified at sign in and assigned over the object you are trying to modify?

Also, did you try saving the attribute update? Did it work fine or you got error messages?

Please disregard my previous post. I was logged into the Web page with an account that has elevated privileges. It works fine when using an account that has the correct privileges. Sorry!
