Hello,
this is to ask if there is a way to make the loof and feel of notification mail (self service enroll and pwd expiration) a little bit better, for example adding an image.

Tks

Hello Mike,

If you mean the notification templates configured in Password Self-Service Policy settings, there is no such possibility.

However, thank you for the suggestion, we will consider it.

But if you send the notifications using the Send e-mail notification action, then you can use the builtin Visual HTML Editor to customize formatting (e.g. fonts, lists etc.) of the message. To open the editor, click the button on the right from the Message field or just double-click the field.

To add an image use HTML code. For example, <img src=" https://company.com/images/logo.png " alt="Example" border="0"> where https://company.com/images/logo.png is the URL to the image you need.

The added image can be previewed, moved and resized in the editor.
