Home Page Action Copy/Paste

On the Home page Action screen(Configure Home Page Actions), there are groups and actions under those groups. In the new version there is a COPY command if you right click( but no paste command). I've tried CTRL-V when sitting on the Action Pane root group, a subgroup, the same subgroup, and the actual action I copied...but nothing ever gets pasted. Bug or am I doing something wrong. Thanks!

We confirm it as a bug. A fix will be available in the next minor release.
