Hello,

I've got strange issue. I cannot use mail contact to forward emails to from 365 mailbox. I get this error:

We are in Hybrid exchange.
Mail contacts are synced properly, they can be found in exchange online.
This change can be successfully done in Exchange Online, but not through Adaxes. Where the issue might be?

Hello!

For troubleshooting purposes, please, provide us with the following information:

  1. Export the mail contact you are trying to set as Forward to into an LDIF file and send it to us (support[at]adaxes.com). For details, have a look at section Using Adaxes Administration Console of the following help article: https://www.adaxes.com/help/?HowDoI.Man ... jects.html.
Please, make sure that on step 3 of the Export Data wizard, you clear the Export only specific properties and Do not export System-Only properties checkboxes. The Export Adaxes virtual properties checkbox should be selected.
  2. Post here or send us (support[at]adaxes.com) a screenshot of the mail contact properties in Exchange Online. We need something like the following:

Is there no "mail enable" action for contacts by default? I was able to create a button but I was suprised there wasn't one already built-in.
