I am trying to make the amount of users using csv. I noticed when I use the "Manager" field of the error.
Question1: How should I put the information? Initially I put the user name "Tony Stark".

Question2: Can I import the users and set the group in the csv file?

Hello,

Question1: How should I put the information? Initially I put the user name "Tony Stark".

If you are using the import wizard in Adaxes Administration Console, you need to use the distinguished name of the manager in the corresponding column. For information on how to get the DN, see https://www.adaxes.com/sdk/?HowDoI.GetDnOfObject.html.

Question2: Can I import the users and set the group in the csv file?

Unfortunately, there is no such possibility when using the import wizard as when a member is added to a group, it is the group that is modified, not the member itself. As a solution, you you can automate adding new users to groups with the help of a Business Rule. For details, see https://www.adaxes.com/tutorials_Automa ... rtment.htm

Alternatively, you can use a PowerShell script for importing user accounts. For example, you can modify the following script from our repository to meet your needs: https://www.adaxes.com/script-repositor ... e-s246.htm. If you have issues modifying the script, we will help you.
