Adaxes workflow >1000

We had some problems with the workflow solution. Seems that when the queue Entries for Approval/deny/Pending when the amount is > 1000 entries, we can't do anything else. When we delete the old entries, it is again working.

Is there an newer Adaxes release, and will it solve the problem?

We are on 2012.1

Hello Wally,

Does it happen only when using Adaxes Web interface? The thing is when the My Approval/Requests component of Adaxes Web Interface is enabled, Adaxes finds all pending Approval Requests for the current user when loading every page of Adaxes Web Interface. We'll find a way to optimize the process in our next release.

The issue with Adaxes Web Interface getting slow when there are too many Approval Requests was fixed in Adaxes 2013.1.

on a search can the sizeLimit be > 1000?

On a Search directory, can the size limit be > 1000? I can specify a number higher than 1000 but only 1000 objects are returned. I know there are more than 1000. How does one make sure they get all of the objects they want in the search query?

Hi, I am running into an issue when running reports where the report/export will not return the full set of results. So, for example, if I wan to run a report to ... past 1000 is omitted from both the displayed and exported results. How can I resolve this?

If I schedule a custom command with execute asynchronously, will the custom command workflow execute async as well?

I have a scheduled task that runs a custom command that itself has multiple custom commands that run in a specific timed order. I would like the scheduler to run that top level ... , but Command B and C will wait for Command A to finish. Is this possible?
