Hi Support,
We're trying Import Users from CSV. For the most Users it works fine, but for Users with Umlaut (ö,ü,ä, è, é,à, etc) the Import Service makes Symole? Is there a way Import Users with Umlaut in their Name?
Thanks for your Help.

The issue is that the file is not UTF-8 formatted. When you import data, except for the Microsoft Excel format which uses UNICODE, the rest of the formats work with the UTF-8 encoding. For more details, see the following help article: http://www.adaxes.com/help/?UsingAdmini ... rmats.html. We sent your file converted to UTF-8 to your e-mail address.
