Is there a silent commandline install for this? We would like to distribute this through SCCM..

Hello,

Yes, the following command line installs Adaxes Self-Service Client silently without any prompts and user interaction:

msiexec.exe /i C:\AdaxesSelfServiceClient_en.msi /quiet

Where C:\AdaxesSelfServiceClient_en.msi is the full path to the Self-Service Client installation package.

Another question about the Self Service Client.. What does Adaxes publish in the managed domain for the client to be able to get the correct settings?

Information on the settings for Adaxes Self-Service Client, such as the Web Interface URL, command link text, text on the Windows Logon screen and settings for enrollment pop-up is published via:

1. Service Connection points (SCPs) created by Adaxes service or
2. From a GPO containing local settings for Adaxes Self-Service Client, if such a GPO is applied to the computer where the Self-Service Client is installed.
