how do i combine LDAP filter settings

Question

hi-

how do I merge 2 ldap filter? Basically #1 just shows the Users OU within those NY/LA/DC OUs and #2 list other OUs.
I have to update a console and just want them to see the below.

(name=Users)(|(l=New York)(l=LA)(l=DC)))

(&(objectClass=organizationalUnit)(|(name=Offsite*)(name=Service Accounts)(name=Pubco_Users)(name=PWD Reset OU)))
