Hi,

When using the CustomAttributeBoolean properties on a create/update form there is an option to chose either a dropdown or tickbox with options for the True/False values in the drop down.

When using the same attribute on a view form, the value can only be displayed as True/False. I would prefer to show the values I specified for the drop down on the create/update form. Can this be done?

Thanks.

Hello,

On July 21, we've released Update 1 to Adaxes 2014, starting from which boolean attributes are displayed as Yes/No on the view form.

How are your boolean properties configured on the edit form? Do you display them as checkboxes or as drop-down lists? In the next minor update to Adaxes 2014.1, we'll make it so that if you've configured a boolean property to be displayed as a drop-down list on the edit form, the options that you've configured for the drop-down list will be used to display the property on the view form. Will that suffice for you?

Thanks, that would be great. Would also be nice if the edit form is configured for checkbox, then a tickbox is also displayed in view!

Hello,

OK, we'll make it so that if a checkbox is shown for a property on the edit page, something like a checkbox will also be shown on the view page. The only thing is that users won't be able to edit boolean properties by clicking on the checkboxes that are on the view page. To edit the properties, they'll need to go to the edit page anyway.
