By default, Web Interface URLs look like the following: http://host.company.com/Adaxes/HelpDesk. For the URLs not to contain the Adaxes part:

  1. On the computer where Adaxes Web Interface is installed, launch Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.
  2. In the Connections pane, expand the server that hosts Adaxes Web Interface and then expand Sites.
  3. Select the web site that hosts Adaxes Web Interface and click Advanced Settings in the Actions pane on the right.
  4. Expand the General section.
  5. In the Physical Path field, enter the path to the App subfolder of the folder where Adaxes Web Interface is installed which is C:\Program Files\Softerra\Adaxes 3\Web Interface by default. image.png
  6. Click OK.
  7. Restart IIS.
