how might I create a short alias name, i.e. selfservice, in place of the long url needed to reach the different adaxes urls?

Unfortunately, there is no such possibility. As a solution, you can remove the word Adaxes from the URLs. In this case, a URL like the following can be used to access the Common Sign In page: http://host.company.com. On the page, users will be able to select the Web Interface (e.g. Self Service) they need and sign in to it.
Also, it is possible to configure automatic redirection rules for the Common Sign In page. For details, have a look at section Common Sign In of the following tutorial: https://www.adaxes.com/tutorials_WebInterfaceCustomization_CustomizeSignInPageAndLogonNameOptions.htm.

On the Adaxes Selfservice portal we are having issues only some users can get into the portal. We have users with a secondary account for admin rights that only have access to ... year. Now it seems not be working. Any idea on why this is happening? Thanks

Hi team, we are currently facing an issue with long group names, search for groups the results is limited to specific amount of characters On some groups we see the full name if ... for a few groups and not every time. Is there any limitation? A known bug?
