Our Help Desk currently 'mirrors' the group membership of a new user based on another existing user in our AD. I'd like to be able to automate this so that the initiator can select a different user and Adaxes will copy that list of groups and user is in, and 'paste' it on the new user being created. Any help on this would be appreciated!

Hello Ray,

This can be done using the Copy User Web Interface action. In the action settings, you will need to specify a container where template users are located or predefine a specific user whose group membership should be copied. On the user creation form there will be a checkbox determining whether group membership should be copied upon user creation. image.png For information about Web Interface actions, have a look at the following tutorial: https://www.adaxes.com/tutorials_WebInterfaceCustomization_ConfigureActionsPane.htm.
