Is it possible to change the date format in the email notifications sent from Adaxes from e.g. 01/01/2020 to 01 January 2020?

Unfortunately, there is no possibility to specify a general format for all the dates included into email notifications. However, if you are using value references (e.g. %datetime%) to add dates to the notifications, you can explicitly specify a format for each of them (e.g. %datetime:format[dd MMMM yyyy]%). I would like to grab all users in a US state and add them with full access rights to a shared mailbox. Is there a script already in the repository for this? I checked but ... each user. I don't think there is any way to do this with the interface. Thanks!

Is is possiable to send Automate an email to go out to the users of a delegated mailbox? We give Full Access and Send As access of disabled accounts to thier replacements for 30days ... then send a email to each one of them? Adaxes version: 2017.2 3.8.14823.0
