It appears under the selfservice website that users can not search past the domain they are in.

We have items in different domains. How can I open up search to allow the other domains?

I've looked at the config for the web interface and I'm not sure.

Hello,

You need to make sure that the Web Interface is configured to allow displaying objects from all the domains managed by Adaxes. For example, by default the Self-Service Web Interface does not display disabled user accounts. For details about the configuration, have a look at the following tutorial: https://www.adaxes.com/tutorials_WebInterfaceCustomization_PreventUsersFromViewingTheADStructure.htm.

Also, you need to make sure that users have required permissions to see objects in all the domains. For details, see https://www.adaxes.com/tutorials_DelegatingPermissions_HideADObjectsFromUsers.htm.

This didn't really answer my question. I've read the article you posted before.

I don't see where to "allow" the domain to be browsed.

This drop down is greyed out when a group owner tries to do anything. This means it's locked down to the domain.

How do I unlock that. Specifically where because I'm missing it in the documentation and can't find it.

Finally found it. It didn't poke out at me in the sea of grey.
