The below when creating a user jsut started happening. no changes were made to our environment.

Hello Derek,

This was a known issue related to the Microsoft library used in Adaxes 2020.1 and 2021.1. It was fixed in Adaxes 2020.1 Update 5 and 2021.1 Update 1. You can download either of the versions here.
