Hello,

We are a long time user of Adaxes. We orginall had on domain and will soon be migrating to new domain. We will initially start with a one-way trust with the new domain and when it's setup is complete decommission the old domain. What is your reccomendation for the configuration of Adaxes on the new server to facilitate this migration and bring over our exsisting buisness rules and policies?

Hello David,

Do we understand correctly that once migration is completed you want to uninstall Adaxes from the current server and then install it on another one in the new domain? If that is correct you will need to perform the below steps once the AD environment is ready:

1. Back up your Adaxes configuration: https://www.adaxes.com/help/BackupRestoreConfiguration.
2. Uninstall Adaxes from the old server.
3. Install Adaxes on the new server.
4. Restore your Adaxes configuration on the new server.
5. Activate your license key on the new server: https://www.adaxes.com/help/ActivateLicenseKey.
