Creating configuration profile for MacOS MDM deployment

I am trying to deploy the self-service client via Workspace One for our macOS devices, but I am having issues with the configuration profile and want to know if anyone can offer some help. Adaxes provides a plist file with specific configurations that can be deployed with the app, but this plist does not contain the information needed so the profile knows to apply it to the self-service app. I am new to this so I am in need of figuring out how to identify the preferences domain and payloadidentifier for the self-service client. I think that's the only thing I am missing.

There is no need to specify the mentioned parameters in the configuration profile manually. First you need to configure global settings for the Adaxes Self-service client: https://www.adaxes.com/help/SelfServiceClientInstallationGuide/#global-settings. These settings are populated in Active Directory and affect all the computers where the Adaxes Self-service client is installed. Then, if required, you can override the global settings using a configuration profile. If Profile Manager hasn't been used in your organization before, you need to configure it and enroll your macOS computers for MDM (mobile device management) before applying a configuration profile.
