Trigger action after removing from group, unless member of another group?

Is it possible to trigger an action 'after removing a member from a group' unless that member is a member of another group?

For example I have two security groups: 'DS Senders' and 'DS Viewers'.

I want to run a powershell script when an indirect member get's removed from 'DS Senders' but not if they are a member of 'DS Viewers', and vice versa.

What exactly do you mean by indirect member? Is it a member of a group nested in the DS Senders one?
