Hello,

I am trying to find out if it would be possible to create a tool/ process on Adaxes that will allow me to create a new AD user and set a time limit on the account before its deleted / disabled? For example 24 hours / 7 Days?

I need to have the option to create temporary accounts for some users that may require access to our computers temporarily but without the need of access to network drives / data or emails etc.

If this is possible is there any documentation or guides on how i might create a new users or set deletion / disable times?

Thanks Rhys

Hello,

It can be done using a custom date attribute (e.g. CustomAttributeDate1) and a scheduled task. The attribute should be present on the user creation form and will be used to specify when the account should be disabled/deleted. The scheduled task will check the date attribute and remove the user when the time comes. It will look like the following: image.png

Hi, in our company there is a policy: only disabled accounts can be deleted. Now my problem: I created 2 business units: "Enabled Accounts" and "Disabled Account". To ... be available. But I don't find any possibility to restrict the access. Many thanks.

It would be great if we could run a report on an OU and get the following information: Computer Name Local Accounts Whether or not the account is an administrator ... this is less important. Thanks in advance. Your support team is great and appreciated.

We currently have a form for HR to deal with ex-employees that are hired once more, but it's not much more than automatic emails sent to IT. If I add some actions ... this trigger the business rule we have that targets "After updating a user" ? Thanks, Louis
