is it possible connect adaxes from a 3rd party software and read user attributes?

Hello,

Yes, Adaxes provides API for integrating with third-party applications.

Depending on your needs you can use Adaxes PowerShell module, Adaxes ADSI provider that can be used with any programming language that supports COM (Visual Basic, C#, C++, Java), or Adaxes SPML provider to communicate with Adaxes via XML text messages.
