Bulk edit users attributes

Hello All, I am using 2023.1 version and would like to ask is it possible somehow to bulk edit multiple users. For example search based on criteria or navigate in OU and select them and then adjust phone number or coutry or additional attributes?

PS I can do that in AD with Powershell but prefer to be able to delegate this to Adaxes operators.

Hello Ivaylo,

Unfortunately, there is currently no such possibility in Adaxes Web interface. However, we are planning the feature for one of the future releases. As of now, bulk updates are avialable via the Administration console: https://www.adaxes.com/help/RenameMultipleUsersWithOneOperation.

Can we bulk enroll users with a phone number instead of a security question?

We would like to auto enroll our entire company into Adaxes for self service but do not want to use the question/answer format but instead their phone numbers (provided by HR department). Is this possible? Best, Evangelos

When will we be able to bulk add users to groups?

Adaxes really needs this i.e. "Here's this list of 20 users can you add them to the Marketing group" - right now you have to do them one at a time which is a real kludge. I ... there's any timescale please? We're on 2013.2 if I'm just not seeing it. Thanks :)

Rule based groups based on users attributes

Hi, would it be possible to achieve the following idea: Creating and updating rule based groups, based on user attributes like company? For each company value in AD, ... get all unique company values, then create a group with this company value as filter.

Is there a way to get all AD Users, in powershell, and include custom attributes?

I am wanting to export a list of users including the properties of a specific custom attribute. Ideally, I would be able to run a get-admuser and filter on a custom attribute, but even an excel report with the custom attributes would work. Is this possible?
