I came across Adaxes, and thought it looked interesting, but as an IT provider, providing system administration for multiple small companies, the pricing would never be accepted by any of them.

Are any of your customers running Adaxes as service for their customers?

If the network security parts are handled, could Adaxes be used for this purpose, and would you recommend it?

If so, is the interface optimized for completely separated companies, to avoid clutter, misconfigurations, information leakage, etc, and capable of giving some administrative accounts/helpdesk access to only a selection of the companies, etc?

Hello,

Are any of your customers running Adaxes as service for their customers?

Yes.

If the network security parts are handled, could Adaxes be used for this purpose, and would you recommend it?

Adaxes does not support network and file system management.

If so, is the interface optimized for completely separated companies, to avoid clutter, misconfigurations, information leakage, etc, and capable of giving some administrative accounts/helpdesk access to only a selection of the companies, etc?

Yes, it is fully customizable in terms of available features and user permissions.
