Error occurs when trying to use SSPR from self-service web interface and from the Windows login screen. Has anyone seen this before? I haven't been able to find much, if any information about it. We have SSPR configured exactly how it is laid out here: https://adaxes.com/help/ConfigurePasswordSelfService/

Hello,

The error can occur when calling the Get method for an empty property. For troubleshooting purposes, please, post here or send us (support@adaxes.com) the following details:

This screenshot is when using the SSPR client on the windows login screen, but the same error occurs if I sign into Adaxes self-service and try it that way. I also looked at the logs in the Adaxes admin console and there are zero logs related to this error. I have tried reseting my password multiple times today and nothing has showed in the logs at all.

Hello,

Thank you for the provided details. The issue occurs because the account specified for your managed domain in Adaxes does not have the required native AD permissions to read the Account Options (LDAP name userAccountControl) property of the user. For information on how to check/change the account for a domain in Adaxes, see https://www.adaxes.com/help/ChangeManagedDomainServiceAccount.

When trying to manage Shared Mailboxes in the GUI I'm receiving this error, this is after moving the Shared Mailbox to 365, I assume it's because there's no license and ... doesn't work. What is the proper way to handle these mailboxes in Adaxes if possible?

Hi, Not worked with Adaxes before and just as I joined company we've had domain migration in place. After migration, whenever we want to access Exchange properties of a user ... works fine across domain..? Any ideas, however basic they may be?? regards Robert
