I realise that this has been asked a few times but I can't seem to get to resolution having read through previous advice. We have scheduled tasks set up to automatically e-mail users/managers of their account expiry. The attribute in the e-mail is %accountexpiry% which formats to US. This is causing confusion as dates can be misintepreted. Is there any way I can manually change this? The formatting options I've seen in other posts simply haven't worked.

I've checked all the date/time region settings on all servers currently using Adaxes. They're all set to UK.

Hello,

The attribute in the e-mail is %accountexpiry% which formats to US.

There is no property named accountexpiry. If we understand your requirement correctly, it should be accountExpires in your case.

Is there any way I can manually change this?

Have a look at section Date/time formatting of the following help article: https://www.adaxes.com/help/ValueReferences/#date-time-format. You will have something like the following:

%accountExpires:format[d/M/yyyy]%

0

Apologies, I did mean %AccountExpires%. I'll give the formatting a try, thank you.

As you can see in the picture, we currently have three different formats as soon as we look at a user's data. Can this be adjusted so that only one format dd.mm.yyyy is displayed? Thank you very much
