Is it possible to have the search function on the self-service portal return enabled accounts and restrict results to certain OUs?

Hello Jared,

There is no possibility to preconfigure the Search in Web Interface.

You can restrict users to view certain OUs and their child objects using Security Roles. In this case the OUs and their child objects will not be shown in the search results.
