Users when signing into the adaxes portal, MFA keeps saying invalid. I have had to disable MFA for now till we can get this resolved.

What exactly do you mean by MFA keeps saying invalid? Could you, please, provide a screenshot of the error? You can post it here or send to us at support@adaxes.com.

Here is the issue i'm having no one in the company can access the website using MFA. I had to turn it off for it to work again.

Hello,

Thank you for the provided details. The only possible reason for the behavior is time synchronization being turned of either on the user devices or on the computer where Adaxes service runs. You need to make sure that the synchronization is enabled properly. Pay attention that setting the time manually will not work.

I looked at our server and the PC's they are in the same time zone and everything. Is there anywhere else I need to check?

It is not about time zones. It is specifically about time synchronization being enabled on the computer where Adaxes service runs (not where the Web interface is installed or any other) and on the user mobile devices. Sadly those methods did not work for me. Seems they are out of date as well.

Unfortunately, we were not able to find an exact article by Microsoft. You might just check with their support team. We can only state that the issue you are facing can only be related to time being out of sync on the computer where Adaxes service runs or on the mobile device where the authenticator app is installed.
