We have in our standard deprovision script to activate or modify m365 account set to deactivate with both revoke licenses and to block sign in checked. When it runs we get an error 'no exchange organization found'

Hello,

For troubleshooting purposes, please, provide screenshots of your deprovisioning workflow. Also, please, provide a screenshot of the error you are facing.

Lastly, , please, provide us with a screenshot of the Multi-server environment dialog. The dialog displays how many Adaxes services you have and what their versions are. For information on how to view it, see https://www.adaxes.com/help/MultiServerEnvironment.

You can post the screenshots here or send to us at support@adaxes.com.

Hello,

Thank you for the provide screenshots. You can contradict actions in the configuration Deactivate Microsoft 365 account and Activate Microsoft 365 account. Could you, please, describe the desired behavior? Do you just want to revoke the existing licenses and then only assign the Exchange Online (Plan 1) one?

The desired behavior is reovke existing and assign p1 with sign in blocked. If I'm reading the error correctly the issue with blocking sign in. It seems the license bit is working as expected.

I do want to note we get this same error in a different deprovision process, but it gives the error when hiding object from exchange.

Hello,

Thank you for clarifying. In such cases, it is recommended to use the Modify properties option to change the license assignments. Also, making the actions run asynchronously might cause issues as such actions do not wait for others. Lastly, as we understand, you are trying to block access for the user, but keep their mailbox to perform some tasks on it. The proper way in this case is to just convert the mailbox to shared. They do not require licensing. Finally, you will have something like the following (pay attention to the actions order): image.png
