Email alert for expiration of Adaxes license

Is there a way to get an email alert before the Adaxes lisense expires?

Ex.: our license expires 13.09.2025 and would like an alert to be sent 14 days before this date.

Alerts about Annual Maintenance and Support are sent to the email address of the license owner as follows:

• 14 days before expiration
• 7 days before expiration
• 1 day after expiration
• 8 days after expiration

Hello,

Adaxes licenses are perpetual and never expire. As such, there is no possibility to set such an alert. As for the Annual Maintenance and Support expiration, unfortunately, there is no possibility to configure an alert for it as well. However, thank you for the suggestion. We forwarded it to the corresponding department for consideration.
