Users not appearing in Adaxes

I'm unable to come up with a pattern as to why certain users do not show up in Adaxes that are active in AD. Looking in one OU in particular and roughly 2/3 of the users in that OU do not appear in Adaxes. What could cause this? Version 3.7.13122.0 (64 bit)

Hello,

Did you check whether the users are present in the Unmanaged Accounts List? For information on how to do so, have a look at the Using Adaxes Administration Console section of the following help article: http://www.adaxes.com/help/?HowDoI.Mana ... ounts.html.

That's exactly what it was. Completely forgot that we had restricted some users for licensing purposes a couple of years ago. Thanks for the help!

Adaxes not moving users to correct OU

The past week all my scheduled tasks to move users to specific OU's have stopped working. For example I have a scheduled task set up which moves a user to an OU called " ... , but when looking via AD this doesn't reflect what the logs/task say. Any ideas?

Adaxes is slow for "regular users" but not for admins

Hi again :-) It seems that Web interafces is very slow for any kind of operation (search, modifiy) when the user is part of several ACL in Adaxes. It took me some time ... i'm afraid they stop using the tool if nothing is done. Thanks for your help. Stephen

Report Results in Adaxes Console & Web UI Not Matching
