Hi,

Our helpdesk staff want to be able to set password options using the web front end but they are greyed out.

I've attached a screenshot for the options and current permissions.

Is there something I am missing?

Hello,

You are missing one more permission in your Security Role: Allow Write 'User cannot change password' property:
