Our helpdesk staff want to be able to set password options using the web front end but they are greyed out.
I've attached a screenshot for the options and current permissions.
Is there something I am missing?

You are missing one more permission in your Security Role: Allow Write 'User cannot change password' property:

When Setting up a Business rule or custom command to send out an email the option to send for approval is greyed out NeverMind I overlooked the option in the Business Rule on before Adding Member to Group the action to send for approval
Is there a way to grey out the 'Password never expires' option when a admin creates a new user in the Adaxes admin portal? I'm in a closed environment and need to make sure that accounts are not created with this option set. Thanks for any information! -Chad
Where are the result options located for Reports? I have several admins that do a All Users report search then click on the User Name, from the Menu on the left ... the user does not have the option to select these options. Standard Password Configuration:
