What are the minimum security role requirements required for vieiwing management history within the Web GUI. I have granted the following to any authenticated users image.png

They are able to run the management history report but when they click on the details they get "access is denied" like the below screenshot. image.png

I have viewed this old thread - https://www.adaxes.com/questions/400/management-history-from-web-gui - And have followed all the guides on there to no avail.

The only way I can currently grant access to our users to view the management history currently from my testing is by providing full access to all object types. Please let me know what other permissions should be required for allowing viewing this report in the Web GUI.

Hello Kole,

For users to be able to view information about log records, you need to grant them the permissions to view the general service log: https://www.adaxes.com/help/PermissionsToViewGeneralLog.

Thank you very much. This is working now.

For example, if the scope is a specified OU, running the report will list management history for every object in the OU even if it has had no management operations ... so objects that have not had any recent modifications are excluded from the report results?

We're delegating admin rights to our various IT departments, only giving them access over their stuff under their OUs. They're missing the option to see the group membership ... on user's management history, is there another approach that I'm not aware of?
