I am wondering if I can force auto-enroll without pre-filling asnwers to the questions?
So the behavior I am looking for it > user goes to self service page > sets new password, is brought to self service automatically (forced) and has to set up their questions and what not.
I found this article, but I don't want to answer the questions for them: https://www.adaxes.com/help/AutoenrollUsersForSelfPasswordReset/.
Hello,
Unfortunately, there is no such possibility at the moment. However, the feature will be implemented in the next major release which is planned for the end of March.
Is there any way to disable this error message from showing up in the Self-Service portal? It is not somethign we want our users to be seeing. We do get an email when the license count is over.
I see the script for generating a report of users enrolled, but what I'd like to do is run a script that can populate a user attribute with Yes/No or True/False if they are or are not enrolled. Is there an existing script that accomplishes this? Thanks
Hi Support, We are looking into a way for providing the security group owners in AD to manage the group memberships in Adaxes via self service portal. I did see a ... to manage group membership in Adaxes self service portal. Any help with this is appreciated.
I am trying to remove the administrator drop down on the reset home page and only leave self-service is this possible?
We need to know specifically for self service password management what level of access in AD do I specifically need.
