I'm wanting to modify the subject of the approval email that is sent to an approver so it stands out better.

What I would like is to add the name of the user being modified (or created) and ideally, the type of action that's being performed (eg, create, delete, modify, etc).

Is there a variable to use for these items? It seems %fullname%, %name% or anything else related to name is that of the person being emailed the approval.

Hello,

Unfortunately, there is no such possibility. All value references in the approval email templates resolve into property values of the recipient, not the target object of the operation. However, thank you for the suggestion. We forwarded it to the corresponding department for consideration.
