Search result is not displayed on W2K16

Question

Hello,

I have published Adaxes Console in Citrix XenApp (Windows 2016 Servers) and since (not sure about it) the last Windows update the search result doesnt display any object anymore. I can see the number of matching objects but they are not visibles. I do not have the issue with the locally adaxes console on Window 10.

Any idea???

To remedy the issue, do the following:

1. Close Adaxes Administration Console.
2. Navigate to folder C:\Users\<username>\appdata\Local\Softerra\Adaxes Administration Console 3, where <username> is the username of the user account whose credentials were used to sign in to the computer when the issue occurred.
3. Delete the viewstatescache.stg.

Are you sure you closed Adaxes Administration Console before deleting the file? If you did, try the following:

1. Close Adaxes Administration Console.
2. Open Windows Start menu.
3. Type regedit and press Enter.
4. Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Softerra.
5. Delete the Adaxes Administration Console 3 key.

Unfortunatly it is not working.

> C:\Users\<username>\appdata\Local\Softerra\Adaxes Administration Console 3 --> Citrix VDA servers are rsetted each night si this folder does not at first login.

I have load the hive (roaming profile ntuser.dat), deleted the key, unload the hive and make a try. issue still occure.

Try re-installing Adaxes Administration Console.

After a complete new installation it works again.
