Hello,

I've noticed an important functionality change between the old and new portal that significantly impacts my workflow efficiency.

Previous Functionality (Old Portal)

In the old portal, the search/auto-complete feature worked seamlessly:

  • I could enter a username
  • Press Enter to move to the next field
  • The previous field would automatically load/complete the search in the background image.png image.png

Current Issue (New Portal)

In the new portal, this time-saving feature no longer works:

  • After entering a username and pressing Enter to move to the next field, nothing happens
  • I must now wait for the search completion within each field before proceeding
  • This creates a substantial slowdown when working with multiple fields throughout the day

image.png This change represents a significant workflow bottleneck for users who perform these operations frequently.

Is there a plan to restore the previous auto-complete behavior? This would greatly improve efficiency and user experience for those of us who rely on this functionality daily.

Thank you for considering this feedback.

Hello,

This behavior is currently by design. However, thank you for the feedback. We forwarded it to the corresponding department for consideration.

Hello,

Thank you for your response.

Are these modifications subjected to thorough testing and evaluation by a dedicated QA team or external beta testers before releases are published? I find it difficult to understand how such an important function could be removed without being detected during the testing phase.

Hello,

Yes, Adaxes functionality is thoroughly tested before each release by our internal Q&A team. As we mentioned above, the behavior is by design, but your feedback will be considered by the corresponding department. As of now, you just need to wait for the search results and then select the required object.
