Report scheduling

Is it possible to schedule quarterly or yearly (eg. twice a year) for reports in version 2018.1 ?

Seems that monthly is as far as it can be streched?

Also, you can currently schedule for a specific number of days (e.g. 120).

Is it possible to let users download report as a file?

I am creating quite complex report and it would be better to let users save it as a csv/xml/whatever file instead of showing it in the browser window. Is it possible? PS: the report is generated via powershell code
