Adaxes doesnt seem to pick up on-prem AD account with Cloud Mailbox

I see the following error when I navigate to the user:

The operation couldn't be performed because object '[user] ' couldn't be found on '[local DC]'.

We have Adaxes configured to at least partially manage M365, but I assume its missing some permissions. Any idea what it could be?

Hello,

Where exactly do you see the error? Is it in the Exchange section. Please, post here or send us (support@adaxes.com) a screenshot of the error.

Also, please, enable tracing of requests sent to Exchange servers, reproduce the issue and send us the log file. For information on how to enable the tracing, have a look at the following help article: https://www.adaxes.com/help/EnableExchangeRequestLogging.

Adaxes support removing on-prem exchange while still having on-prem AD and Entra Id Connect Sync

I am trying to get a better understanding of how all this works, so forgive me if some of these questions don't make sense. We are trying to remove our final Exchange On ... to the cloud, then I would need to keep our last on-prem exchange server running?

Load Balancing doesn't seem to be evenly distributing the load

We have 4 application servers that are hosting adaxes services. It seems that one or two always have the majority of web connections and running tasks. I will reboot them but ... the web traffic to 4 other servers for our main group of users (Self-service).

Add value to custom attribute to both an on prem AD object as well as their entra object

Can you let me know how to simultaneously add a value to a custom attribute to both the AD and Entra user objects? The graphical interface update only does it to the AD user object. Thanks.
