When setting a default OU for new user creation, our domain does not expand. Editing users is fine, installed console is fine. Config was working before upgrade to 2018.1.

Any suggestions?

Hello,

This was a known issue and we have already fixed it. You need download Adaxes 2018.1 from our site again and install it.

If you do not want to re-install Adaxes now, you can specify the distinguished name of the required container/OU using the Template option:

I installed the new build and get a new error.

I am able to select the CN on the Web Config, but in the web interface an error of Object {guid} does not exist.

I am using the default CN=Users,DC=my,DC=domain,DC=com location for initial user creation.

Hello,

Are you sure you entered the distinguished name (DN) of an existing OU? Could you post here or send us (support[at]adaxes.com) a screenshot of the Select OU or Container step as you have it now?

The issue was legacy permissions from 2017.2 and prior.

I added browsing of Builtin-Domain, Organizational Units, and Containers.

We had the helpdesk interface tightly locked down previously.

I haven't heard of any other legacy issues. Hopefully, this will be the only snag.
